For wedding coordination, we offer full service, partial planning, month-of-coordination.  Our packages are premade but depending on your specific needs and budget, we may be able to customize a package for you.


We have packages for wedding and event design and customized packages according to the logistics of your event.


If your wedding is 60 days or more in advance, to reserve your date a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of signing a contract.  If it is within 60 days of the date, your whole amount is due.


If it is a social or corporate event and the event is 30 days or more out, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of signing a contract.  If it is within 30 days of the date, your whole amount is due.


Yes, we carry liability insurance.


We do provide most of our rentals and some may be sourced out.


Setup/take down will depend on the size and logistics of your event.  We need at a minimum of 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.


Of course, we work with vendors you choose, or you can choose from our list.
